FEI-Invitation for athletes and grooms

Following the outbreak of the neurological form of EHV-1, we understand that many of you probably have a number of questions regarding the implementation of the Return To Competition biosecurity protocols that have been put in place for FEI Events in mainland Europe from 12 April to 30 May and which were sent to you on 30 March.

We would therefore like to invite you to an informative session that will take place tomorrow, Friday 9 April at 18:00 CEST. During this one-hour session we will go through all the measures with you, present the new features/modules on the FEI HorseApp and take questions. We suggest you join the session five minutes in advance so that we can start on time.

For your information we are inviting all athletes, and NFs, that have entered in FEI Events in mainland Europe (in all disciplines) in the next two weeks. We would also like to extend this invitation to your grooms, so please be sure to inform them on our behalf.

In order to run the session efficiently, please send your questions in advance to usersupport@fei.org so that we can proactively address these in our presentations.

All the information on the Return to Competition measures are also available on the dedicated EHV-1 hub here.

Details of how to join the session are below.

We understand that there is a lot of information out there and we hope that by speaking to you directly we will be able to address most if not all of your concerns and work together to ensure that Events can successfully re-start as planned on 12 April.

Many thanks in advance for your participation at this session.
